Buckeye’s new subdivisions produce the same copper stubs as any Valley fringe, spread across a longer drive from central Phoenix. A small trunk of wire may not justify a dedicated trip. A street of builder piles, or a ranch cleanout of panels, pipe, and a dead truck, will.
